Quick Sukiyaki

Ingredients (serve 2)

  • 200g thinly slices beef
  • 200g firm tofu (soybean curd)
  • 50g green onions


  • 60cc sake (or red wine)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoon YAMASA soy sauce


  1. Cut green onions into lengths of about 5cm and cut tofu into 4cm cubes.
  2. Put the sauce ingredients in a pan and cook on medium heat. Next add the beef and tofu. When the beef is cooked, add the green onions.
