This type of Sake is in harmony with aromatic which flavour is sweet or dry.

More freshness when it is chilled. However sourness and bitterness become too strong by long time chilling.   Nurukan(Warm) is recommend for its light aroma and Umami flavour.

In order to enjoy the fruity aroma, wine glasses or trumpet-shaped cups are suitable.

Kun-shu tends to be enjoyed as an aperitif, so pairing with appetizers is preferable. Choose cuisine as if pairing with fruity white wine, because the main characteristic of  Kun-Shu is a fruity aroma.
