The traditional Japanese Sake

Overall rich and powerful with an aged aroma of dry fruit and spices, including a creamy texture with sweetness and umami.

Proper Serving Temperature: 15~20°C or 40~55°C

Wide range of serving temperature transform it to various types. The rich flavour and umami flavour are the most attractive points.  Relatively high temperature would be suitable. 

Proper Serving Glassware

The most standard Sake  with rice flavour from rice. Thus, typical Japanese Glassware will match.

Samples of Food Pairing

The gorgeous aroma and Umami flavour makes it favourable as during-meal-drinks. Cuisines which use more oil such as Chinese, German and American cuisines are well matched with this sake.

The skill of the tradition by the local brewer only can make the taste. The characteristics are going down well as it's supposed to be Junmai sake and aftertaste is refreshing. This dry sake spreads through into mouth pleasantly wth neither HOT and COLD. Doctor of agriculture Takeo Koizumi praised highly "world unrivaled Junmai sake"
