Sales Representative - Sydney, Brisbane

Key responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers in the food service and retail sectors to grow our client base.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Promote and sell our diverse range of Japanese food products.
- Process orders, manage client accounts, and ensure smooth, timely deliveries.
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular updates to your manager.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings as needed.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity.
- Visit clients to uncover new opportunities and provide support.
- Prepare quotes, record orders, and help arrange deliveries.
- Occasionally assist with deliveries or on-site sales support when required.
- Pitch in with general team duties as needed.
Requirements and skills
- Have a current NSW car drivers license with a good driving record
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Proficiency in Japanese or a basic understanding of Japanese cuisine will be a bonus.
- Physically able to lift and move goods up to 25kg.
- Most importantly: someone who’s proactive, reliable, and enjoys working with people.

Delivery Staff - Sydney, Brisbane
We’re looking for dependable individuals to join our delivery team in multiple locations. The role will entail delivering orders of specialty food to our restaurant and supermarket customers. You'll be driving our 2 Tonne (Minimum 8.5 Cubic Meter Capacity) White van or larger which only require a car driver’s license. If you enjoy being on the move and take pride in punctuality, this could be the perfect role for you.
The successful applicant must;
- Have a current NSW drivers license with a good driving record
- Be physically fit and able to lift cartons and other items in and out of your vehicle.
- Be able to work Monday to Friday.
- Past experience as a delivery driver is highly desireble
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

- Brisbane From $ 52,500 per year + Super

Warehouse staff- Sydney, Brisbane
Sydney branch is seeking to appoint a warehouse officer to join in our ever-growing team. The role will entail warehousing orders of specialty food to our restaurant and supermarket customers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and pack orders in accordance to product safety protocols
- Maintain overall coordination of the warehouse
- Assist in unloading products from containers and the forklifts
- Assist in loading of our delivery vans
- Maintain the quality of products by following the appropriate standards and regulations
- Arrange items in an organised manner to avoid damage or premature wear and tear
- Create delivery reports
- Work in the Freezer / Chiller.
Requirements and skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Be able to meet physical requirements of the role, including lifting and moving of goods up to 25kg
- Proven ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with operating Forklift is highly desirable
- Experience in a similar role is desirable
- Proficient in Japanese will be highly regarded
